2010 Images of the King Regional Preliminary Contests
In order to become an authorized Images of the King Regional Contest, you MUST fill out one of our agreement forms. Please print this form and mail it to Bobbie Hoover (address on the agreement) along with your payment. She will sign the form and supply you with your authorized contest number. Images of the King Regional Contest contracts must be signed and payment received prior to the contest date. Each contest must have an authorized contest number assigned.
After your contest is over, please print and mail this contest completion form to Bobbie Hoover along with the requested information. Alternately, you can information (please attach your photos to the email as a JPG file).
